Tender Description
The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports, an attached department of the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites electronic bids from reputed firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), relevant Sales Tax Authorities, and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The procurement is for the provision and installation of a 60KW DC Electric Vehicle (EV) Commercial Fast Charger equipped with 2 guns at the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports headquarters in Islamabad.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of the fast charger unit compliant with commercial standards, ensuring efficient and reliable charging capacity of 60KW. The installation site is the DGIP HQ, requiring adherence to safety and operational guidelines. Bidders must be experienced in similar electrical and power equipment projects and comply with Public Procurement Rules 2004 under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure.
Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities, be on the ATL, and demonstrate prior experience in supply and installation of EV charging infrastructure or related electrical equipment. Earnest Money in the form of an original Bid Security instrument amounting to PKR 260,855 must be submitted before the bid submission deadline.
The last date for electronic bid submission is **11:00 AM on Thursday 16th July 2026** via the e-PADS platform. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
