Provision and Installation of Home Solar Systems for Various Districts in Balochistan

The Energy Department invites bids for the provision and installation of home solar systems across multiple districts in Balochistan for the year 2026 under the PSDP schemes. The projects include: - Home Solars UC Soro under PSDP No. 1867 - Provision and installation of home solar system for East Zamuran District Kech under PSDP No. 1868 - Provision and installation of home solar system for North Herronk District Kech under PSDP No. 1869 - Provision and installation of home solar system for North Khoshk District Kech under PSDP No. 1870 - Provision and installation of home solar system for Sami Kallag District Kech under PSDP No. 1871 The scope involves installation of DC solar home systems with specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), and EE11(iii) related to solar energy systems. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with relevant solar specialization. Firms must have completed at least one similar assignment in the last three years in any government sector and demonstrate financial capacity with turnover requirements specified per TSE number. Bidders must be active on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List and registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA). Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit call from a scheduled bank.
