Provision and Installation of Solar Street Lights and Home Solar Systems in Balochistan

The Energy Department Balochistan invites eligible bidders for the execution of solar energy works for the financial year 2026-27 based on composite schedules and percentage rates. The procurement covers multiple solar projects across Balochistan including the provision and installation of solar street lights and home solar systems in various districts. Items being procured: - Provision and installation of solar street lights at Ghariabad Mohallah, Tehsil Bhag Kachhi (TSE No. 2627091189933) - Provision of home solar system at District Kohlu (TSE No. 2627091189723) - Provision of home solar system at District Nushki (TSE No. 2627091189763) - Home based solar at Killi Kolakan, Warizai, Faqeerzai Wallah, Cheena and Hosri District Duki (TSE No. 2627091189803) The technical scope includes installation of solar LED street lighting systems and DC solar home systems. Bidders must have valid Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, be on the Active Taxpayer List, and not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Firms must have completed at least one similar assignment and demonstrate financial capacity with turnover thresholds specified per TSE number. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 or above is required with specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), EE11(iii), and EE11(vv) related to solar energy systems.
