Provision, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 08-kW Hybrid Solar (Off-Grid) System for Completed Ladies Bar Rooms at Tehsil Headquarters Bhakkar and Mankera

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Bhakkar invites bids for the provision, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Hybrid Solar (Off-Grid) System with a capacity of 08-kW for the completed Ladies Bar Rooms at Tehsil Headquarters Bhakkar and Mankera, District Bhakkar. This procurement is divided into two lots: Lot-01 for the Ladies Bar Room at Tehsil Bhakkar and Lot-02 for the Ladies Bar Room at Tehsil Mankera, each requiring a 1 x 08-kW Hybrid Solar system. Items being procured: - Lot-01: Provision, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 08-kW Hybrid Solar (Off-Grid) System for Ladies Bar Room, Tehsil Bhakkar - Lot-02: Provision, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 08-kW Hybrid Solar (Off-Grid) System for Ladies Bar Room, Tehsil Mankera The total estimated cost for both lots is Rs. 37,53,750/- with a bid security of Rs. 1,87,686/-. The bidding process follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial proposals electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 12-11-2026 till 11:00 A.M. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. at the Meeting Room of the District & Sessions Judge, Bhakkar. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 & above with the relevant specialization code, renewal for the year 2026-27, registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System, active status for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and at least five years of experience with two completed solar PV installation projects in the last five years. Bidders must also provide a bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders are advised to visit the sites before bidding to assess roof and structural conditions. The contract requires completion within 30 days of issuance of the Work/Supply Order. All applicable taxes, duties, transportation, loading/unloading, installation, testing, and commissioning charges must be included in the rates. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of bid opening.
