Provision of IT and Electronics Equipment for Pakistan Education Endowment Fund

Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PEEF) invites reputable firms for the provision of IT and Electronics Equipment. This procurement is aimed at supporting the mission of PEEF to identify and develop unserved and underserved areas by providing quality education throughout Pakistan. The procurement is managed by PEEF located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Provision of IT/Electronics Equipment Bidders must be SECP approved and registered companies with offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. They must also be registered with the Sales Tax Department and have a valid National Tax Number (NTN). The procurement process follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. Bid security in the required amount must accompany bids, submitted in acceptable form as detailed in the bidding documents. The bid security scanned copy must be uploaded through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and the original hard copy submitted physically. The bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for free download at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must register on the e-PADS portal and submit their bids accordingly. For any technical difficulties with e-PADS, bidders may contact the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 5th October 2026 at 1130 hours at the Conference Room of PEEF office, 1st Floor, Plot no.39, Kirthar Road, H-9/4, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted through e-PADS by or before 1100 hours PST on 13th October 2026. The original bid security must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the PEEF office by the submission deadline. Bid opening will occur at 1130 hours PST on the closing date at the PAK-EEF-NEST office conference room in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the instructions in the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the e-PADS portal.
