Tender Description
The P&LP Directorate at NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad is procuring IT equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the P&LP Dte (NUST) and invites sealed bids through the EPADS v2.0 platform. The procurement follows a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The tender includes the supply and related services of IT equipment to be delivered at the P&LP Directorate, Near NT Park, NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad.
Items being procured:
- Desktop Computers (3 units): Branded (HP/Dell/Lenovo/ASUS or equivalent), Core i5 14th Gen, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, OS: DOS, with keyboard, mouse, necessary cables, and 21" LED display
- MFP Printer (1 unit): Monochrome Multifunction Laser Printer (HP LaserJet Pro MFP 3103fdw or equivalent), print/scan/copy/fax, black & white, up to 30 ppm, duplex printing, USB/LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
- Heavy Duty Scanner (1 unit): HP Scanjet Pro 2600 F1 Flatbed or equivalent with Automatic Document Feeder, scanning speed at least 25 ppm
- LED Monitor (2 units): 24 inch, FHD resolution, IPS panel, at least 120 Hz refresh rate
The technical scope includes delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning within 42 days. The equipment must be brand new, conforming to specifications, and carry a one-year verifiable warranty. The bidder must provide repair and maintenance services for the equipment. Eligibility requires registration with FBR for sales and income tax, active status on the tax payer list, no blacklisting or litigation, and compliance with PEC and OEM authorization. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, August 20, 2026, 02:00 PM, with bid opening at 02:30 PM the same day. Hard copies of bid security and bidding documents processing fee must be submitted physically at the P&LP Directorate office.
