Provision of Janitorial Services at Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority Islamabad

The Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority (CCRA) Islamabad is inviting experienced firms for the provision of janitorial services at its headquarters located at 25-A, Sector H-9/1, Islamabad. This procurement is for an Open Framework Agreement valid for three years. The department requires firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and possessing relevant experience to provide comprehensive cleaning and housekeeping services. Items being procured: - Janitorial Staff/Workers (approx. 15 personnel, day shift 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM) - Housekeeping Services including cleaning materials and toiletries as per scope The scope of work includes daily cleaning, mopping, sweeping of floors, walls, handrails, staircases, lobbies, windows, glass panels, fire hose cabinets, carpets, and other common areas. Removal of cobwebs, cleaning of false ceilings, supply and maintenance of dust bins with garbage bags, spray of air fresheners, stain removal, continuous cleaning of toilets and washrooms on an hourly basis, provision of tissue rolls and liquid soap, weekly disinfectant spraying, general fumigation, and bi-monthly rodent control are also included. The contractor must provide all branded cleaning materials and necessary equipment. Staff uniforms and shoes must be provided twice yearly. Eligibility criteria require firms to have prior experience providing janitorial services to at least three government departments, multinational companies, or listed companies. Firms must be registered with FBR, EOBI, and submit affidavits confirming no blacklisting or litigation with CCRA. Financial capacity to pay at least two months' salary to deputed manpower is mandatory.
