Provision of Janitorial Services for Finance Department Offices

The Finance Department of the Government of the Punjab is inviting bids for the provision of janitorial services for its offices under a framework contract initially for one year. This procurement is specifically for offices located in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured: - Provision of Janitorial Services The scope of work includes comprehensive janitorial services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the department’s office premises. The contract will cover all necessary cleaning activities as per the detailed specifications in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, amended up to date, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024. Eligible bidders must be registered companies, firms, or contractors with valid FBR registration and ATL status. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Section 35 of the PPRA Rules, 2014.
