Provision of Janitorial Services at 48-Family Suites Estate Office Islamabad

The Estate Office, Islamabad, invites bids for the provision of janitorial services at the 48-Family Suites Estate Office located in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P80737. Bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are eligible to participate through an open competitive bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The scope covers approximately 29,000 sq. ft. and includes daily cleaning of all types of flooring such as varada, lobby, carpet, marble tiles, mosaic, and stairs using approved detergents and vacuum cleaners. It also includes daily, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning and dusting of glass panes, windows, ventilators, and frames with approved glass cleaners. Additional tasks include daily sweeping and cleaning of roads, paths, and parking areas, monthly rooftop cleaning and vegetation removal, weekly dusting of wooden doors and ornamental plants, fortnightly cleaning of drains and gutters, daily garbage collection and disposal, monthly cobweb removal, and daily cleaning of common washrooms and internal lift cleaning. Items being procured: - Daily cleaning of all flooring (20,000 sqft) - Daily, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning/dusting of glass panes and ventilators (20,000 sqft) - Daily internal glass cleaning (2,165 sqft) - Quarterly external glass cleaning (2,165 sqft) - Daily sweeping/cleaning of roads, paths, and parking (9,500 sqft) - Monthly rooftop cleaning and grass/shrub removal (12,500 sqft) - Daily cleaning of marble flooring stairs (2,000 sqft) - Weekly dusting of wooden doors and ornamental plants (1,176 sqft) - Fortnightly cleaning/removal of grass from outside drains (3,353 sqft) - Monthly uprooting of vegetation including scaffolding (300 ft) - Washing/cleaning moats external side (500 sqft) - Daily collection and disposal of trash (120 cft) - Monthly cleaning/removal of cobwebs in lobby and corridors (9,076 sqft) - Fortnightly cleaning of manhole gutters (20 sqft) - Daily cleaning of common washrooms of servant quarters (250 sqft) - Daily internal cleaning of lifts (50 sqft) The contract requires bidders to have valid registrations as per their entity type, including NADRA CNIC/NICOP for individuals, FBR NTN/GSTN for firms, and SECP registration for companies. Bidders must not be insolvent, blacklisted, or debarred. The minimum deployment includes 6 janitors in the morning shift and 2 in the evening, including one supervisor. Bid security of PKR 201,839 is required in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt.
