Provision of Janitorial Services for SNGPL Admin Department Islamabad

The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Admin Department Islamabad invites bids for the provision of janitorial services at the Regional Gas Distribution Office located at Plot No28-30, Sector I-9/2, Islamabad Capital Territory. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 21 Janitors (Male/Female) on monthly basis - 1 Supervisor for housekeeping on monthly basis - Service charges for janitorial services on monthly basis - Cost of janitorial materials as per detailed cost of material list annexure The scope includes daily cleaning, swabbing, mopping, vacuum cleaning, washroom sanitation, garbage disposal, fortnightly window and electrical fittings cleaning, monthly waxing and polishing, and other janitorial duties as specified. The janitorial staff must be trained, medically fit, and between 18-57 years of age with supervisors aged 25-57. Uniforms including caps and shoes will be provided. The contractor is responsible for statutory payments such as EOBI, Social Security, and income tax. Bidders must have at least 3 years of experience providing janitorial services to government or reputed organizations, preferably for multistoried office buildings of at least 50,000 sq.ft. covered area. Eligibility requires valid registrations including NADRA CNIC, FBR NTN/GSTN, and compliance with labor laws and minimum wage regulations. A bid security of PKR 600,000 is required.
