Provision of Janitorial Services for Trauma Centre and Emergency Department Quetta

The Trauma Centre Quetta invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of janitorial services for the Trauma Centre and Emergency Department in Quetta for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Provision Of Janitorial Services For Trauma Centre & Emergency Department Quetta Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires 4 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 2 million each in the previous 3 years with an accumulated turnover of at least PKR 8.8 million in 3 subsequent previous years. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and hold BRA registration certificates. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan and must provide valid ISO 9001 certification for quality management. The company must be registered with EOBI and submit the required bid security. Absence of bid security will lead to disqualification. Joint ventures are not permitted. The firm must agree unconditionally with all terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents and contract agreement. Bid security must accompany bids in the form of a deposit at call of 2% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
