Provision of Laptops, Digital Standees and SMDs

The Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) Islamabad is procuring high-quality laptops, digital standees, and SMD indoor LED displays to enhance its technological infrastructure. This procurement includes Core i7 laptops (13th/14th Gen) with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, 15.6 inch Full HD screens with Windows 11 Pro, 65 inch Full HD indoor LED SMD displays with HDMI/USB/LAN connectivity, and digital SMD standees sized 2 feet 4 inches by 5 feet with 4K UHD resolution. The items will be delivered and installed at PTDC Head Office, Kohsar Block, Pak-Secretariat, Islamabad. Bidders must be GST registered with a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and demonstrate sound financial standing supported by bank statements or turnover details for the last financial year. Firms should have relevant experience, a good reputation, and the capability to supply and install the equipment on time. A 2% bid security in the form of a Bank Draft or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of PTDC is mandatory and must be enclosed with the financial bid. The bid security must remain valid for at least six months. Technical proposals must include authorized dealership or distributorship certificates for the offered brands. The tender follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure where technical bids will be opened first, followed by financial bids of technically qualified firms. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of opening. Delivery and installation must be completed within 30 days of the purchase order issuance. Bids must be submitted in tape or ring binding with proper indexing and page numbering. Submission deadline and bid opening will be at the office of Manager (P&P), PTDC Head Office, Kohsar Block, Islamabad.
