Provision of List Services for Trauma & Emergency Department 2026-27

The Trauma Centre Quetta invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of list services for the Trauma & Emergency Department for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Provision of list services for Trauma & Emergency Department 2026-27 Procurements will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 1 million each in the previous 3 years, with an accumulated turnover of at least PKR 3 million in the subsequent 3 years. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and possess a BRA Registration Certificate. Firms blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan are not eligible. Bidders must unconditionally agree to all instructions, terms, and conditions specified in the bidding documents and contract agreement. A BE Degree is mandatory. The bidder must also have an audit report for FY 2024-25 from a verified audit firm or auditor. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 2% of the bid value must accompany the bids in the form of Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.
