Provision of LP Medicine to Patients Through Panel for the Year 2026-27

Social Security Hospital Islamabad invites registered bidders to supply LP Medicines to patients through a panel for the year 2026-27. The procurement is for medicines to be provided to patients under the hospital's panel system in Islamabad. Items being procured: - LP Medicines for patients through panel for the year 2026-27 Bidding documents with detailed specifications and instructions in English can be downloaded from the E-Procurement System websites of Punjab and PESSI. Bidders must be registered sales tax and income tax payers, manufacturers, importers, distributors, or suppliers with relevant registration authorities including DRAP and tax departments. Bids must be submitted as per the single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). E-Bids must be submitted on or before 23-09-2026 at 11:00 AM with 2% E-Bid Security of the budget in the prescribed format through the E-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through the E-Procurement System. Original documents and samples must be submitted in the office of the Medical Superintendent before the closing date and time. Procurement will be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders are encouraged to register on the E-Procurement System to enable participation. PESSI will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred in bid preparation or submission. The tender can be cancelled at any stage as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
