Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees in Multiple Towns Lahore

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore invites bids from professional and financially sound hospitals and medical institutes registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with Health Department and FBR (NTN) for frame work contracting over three years. The procurement covers provision of medical facilities to WASA employees in the following towns of Lahore: Allama Iqbal Town, Gunj Baksh Town, Nishtar Town, Gulberg Town, Ravi Town, Shalamar Town, Jubilee Town, Wagha Town, and Aziz Bhatti Town. Each lot has an estimated cost of Rs. 50 Million with an e-bid security of Rs. 1 Million. Bidders must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with Health Department and FBR registration requirements. Technical bids will be opened on the same day of submission on Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will have their financial bids opened. Bidders must quote rates against each DNIT/BOQS item. The bids will remain valid for 120 days. Submission of hard copies is not accepted; bids must be submitted electronically by 28-10-2026 before 11:30 AM. The procurement is governed by Punjab PPRA Rules 2014.
