Provision of Miscellaneous Services at Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development Islamabad

Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development (AHKNCRD) Islamabad invites eligible firms to pre-qualify for the provision of miscellaneous services for the fiscal year 2026-27. The services include washing and ironing of cloths, food and catering for trainings, national and international conferences, seminars, symposiums, and printing of newsletters and journals. The procurement will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) under PPRA Rules 16 and 17 using a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Washing & ironing: bed sheet double with two pillows, bed sheets single with pillow, blanket double, blanket single, curtains per piece, napkin, pillow cover, table cover, table sheet, towel - Food items: breakfast (bread, paratha, jam, honey, butter, fried omelet, aaloo bhujia, coffee, tea, seasonal fresh fruit), tea for international courses (biscuits, chicken patties, samosa/pakora, plain cake, chana chat/dahi bhallay, burfi/gulab jamman, green tea, tea, coffee), lunch (chicken qorma/karahi/handi/manchurian/qeema with aloo, mix vegetable/daal/haleem, boiled rice/zeera pea rice/zeera rice/egg fried rice/chicken pulao/chicken biryani/bannu beef pulao, seekh kebab/chapli kebab/chicken tikka/malai boti, fresh salad, zeera/mint raita, cold drink tin, naan, roti), dinner (mutton qorma/karahi/handi/qeema with aloo, mix vegetable/daal/haleem, boiled rice/zeera pea rice/zeera rice/egg fried rice/chicken pulao/chicken biryani, seekh kebab/chapli kebab/chicken tikka/malai boti, fresh salad, zeera/mint raita, cold drink tin/hot n sour soup/mixed tea/green tea, naan, roti, custard/kheer/firni/ras malai/gajjrela/sohan halwa/kulfi falooda), working tea for domestic training (tea, pakora, cake, chicken patties, biscuit) - Transport service: intercity transport per km including toll tax (Coaster 5C 2025 or latest model with heater/AC, seating capacity 28-30 with refrigerator) - Printing: monthly and quarterly newsletters, annual training report (premium quality coloured printing on A3, A4 or Legal 100 gm, 120 gm, 128 gm pages) The scope covers provision of these services at AHKNCRD premises, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with PPRA and FBR, provide proof of at least two years' experience, and submit bid security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker's Cheque.
