Provision of Printing, IT, Internet, Security, Transport, Janitorial and Plumbing Carpentry Electrical Services

The Press Information Department (PID), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites pre-qualification proposals from authorized and eligible firms, contractors, and bidders for a diverse range of services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for suppliers and service providers based in Islamabad and surrounding areas. Items being procured: - Printing Services: Printing of miscellaneous items as required on a need basis - IT Services: Provision of IT related services as required - Internet Services: Fiber optic connection with ONT, speed 50Mbps with truly unlimited download and upload, 24-hour helpline/customer support, mobile application/web for management and status monitoring - Provision of Security Guards: Temporary monthly remuneration basis, proper uniform with weapon (valid government license), armed forces retired personnel - Hiring of Mini Bus/Coaster: For pick and drop from Dhoke Sydian, Bakra Mandi, Harly Street, Kacheri Services Choke, Old Airport, Koral Choke Rawalpindi to Zero Point Islamabad and back - Janitorial Services: Provision of trained janitorial staff on need basis - Plumbing Carpentry Electrical Services: Providing/fixing of floor/wall tiles, ceiling, wooden doors, washroom fittings, white washing, floor grinding, PVC paneling, wooden wall partition, PVC hard paneling, etc. as per list The technical scope covers a wide range of services including printing, IT infrastructure and support, high-speed internet connectivity with monitoring tools, security personnel with licensed weapons, transport services for official use, janitorial staff provision, and various plumbing, carpentry, and electrical maintenance and installation works. The site of service delivery is primarily Islamabad and Rawalpindi areas. Eligibility criteria require firms to have established operational offices in all major cities including Islamabad, be registered with FBR and listed on the ATL for both Income Tax and GST, and be registered on the PPRA e-PADS portal. Firms must also be valid vendors of AGPR Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27. Experience in similar service provision and compliance with government regulations is essential. The deadline for submission is **July 30, 2026 by 02:00 PM**. Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the e-PADS portal, duly signed and stamped. A security deposit of 5% of the quoted price in the form of a pay order in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, PID Islamabad, must be uploaded. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm's registration details, including NTN, Sales Tax Registration Number, AGPR Vendor Number, and IBAN details, are complete and up to date before submission. Late or incomplete proposals will be rejected without consideration. Maintaining compliance with all terms and conditions, including valid vendor status and timely submission, is critical to avoid disqualification.
