Provision of 05 No Rental Generators 800-KVA for WASA Multan Disposal Stations

Water and Sanitation Agency Multan invites bids for the provision of 05 No rental generators 800-KVA to be installed at Chungi No. 09, Old Shujabad, Saheejabad, Vehari Road and Khan Village Disposal Stations, WASA Multan. This procurement is specifically for the Water and Sanitation Agency Multan, located in the city of Multan, Punjab. Items being procured: - 05 No rental generators 800-KVA The scope includes rental, installation, operation, and maintenance of diesel generators with a capacity of 800 KVA at multiple disposal stations. The contract duration is two months from the issuance of the work order, extendable by one month upon mutual agreement. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above, with relevant specialization codes for electrical/mechanical works. A minimum of three years experience in rental, installation, operation, and maintenance of diesel generators of 300 KVA or above is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least three similar contracts in the last three years, each with a minimum contract value of Rs. 3.00 million, supported by work orders and satisfactory completion/performance certificates. The bidder must be an active taxpayer with valid NTN, PSTN, and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status issued by the FBR. Ownership or lawful possession of at least five diesel generators of 300 KVA or above is required, supported by ownership documents, purchase invoices, asset registers, or legally enforceable lease agreements. In case of major breakdown, the bidder must provide a replacement generator of equal or higher capacity within 12 hours. The tender follows a single stage single envelope bidding procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 29-07-2026 at 12:30 PM and will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM. Bid security of 3% amounting to Rs. 2,55,000 must be submitted electronically. Manual bids or bids via telegraph or post will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement website and ensure all required documents, including technical and financial bids, are complete and signed as per instructions. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of bid opening.
