Provision and Replacement of Guide Rail Shoe of Elevator, Repair and Maintenance Works, E&M Related Repair and Maintenance Works and Repair Maintenance Works (Repair of Lift Call Button) at ECP Secretariat, Islamabad

The E&M-Maintenance Division PMOH Maintenance of Public Buildings under the Capital Development Aurhority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the provision and replacement of guide rail shoe of the elevator, repair and maintenance works, E&M related repair and maintenance works, and repair maintenance works including repair of lift call button at the ECP Secretariat, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Main cabin guide rail shoe for Schindindler elevator (4 units) - Pedestal Fan 24" Dia make GFC or approved equivalent (1 unit) - Rotary Compressor capacity 02 Ton Heat and Cool Split Type Air Conditioning Unit (1 unit) - Repair/refixing of damage/leakage of AC unit including labour, transportation, refrigerant gas charging and servicing (1 unit) - Wall bracket Fan 18" Dia make GFC or approved equivalent (10 units) - Plastic Body Exhaust Fan 12" Dia make GFC or approved equivalent (12 units) - LED Light 24 watt round shape surface mounted make Philips (24 units) - Light Plug Socket 5 Amp make SK or equivalent (20 units) - Replacement of damaged/burnt out blower motor 02 Ton Capacity air conditioner (1 unit) - Repair of damaged PCB Card indoor unit wall mounted 02 Ton Capacity air conditioner (1 unit) - Replacement of damaged/defective lift call button including labour charges (6 units) The scope includes complete replacement, repair, installation, testing, and commissioning as per the satisfaction of the Engineer Incharge. Bidders must be registered with PEC for works and have valid FBR/NTN registration. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is required. The bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 23rd October 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all eligibility and qualification criteria.
