Govt Degree College Of Special Education Bahawalpur invites sealed e-bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from well-reputed and financially sound tax-registered firms for the provision of security services and security guards for the college campus and college buses for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Security services for college campus - Security guards for college buses The scope includes providing round-the-clock security services (24/7) according to the laid down terms and conditions. Firms must provide type/caliber of weapons and ammunition to security guards on duty as specified in the tender form. Rates must be quoted as a single consolidated figure inclusive of all applicable taxes with no separate breakdown. Minimum salary rates fixed by the government must be ensured. Firms should have previous experience providing security services to government departments and must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA or any Punjab government department. Earnest money in the form of a CDR equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited via banking app or online bank transfer against the generated PSID and attached with the tender documents. Performance guarantee of 5% of the estimated cost is also required at the time of contract award. Bids must be submitted without overwriting or cutting and signed by the bidder. Procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP). Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement system before the closing date and time. The deadline for e-bid submission is 19-08-2026 at 10:30 A.M with bid opening at 11:00 A.M on the same day. The submission and opening will be conducted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement system. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
