Provision of Security Services for ZBC Chamkani

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites eligible service providers registered with FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and reflected on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) for the provision of security services at ZBC Chamkani. This procurement is managed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules using the Single Stage: One Envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Provision of Security Services for ZBC Chamkani The scope includes comprehensive security services to ensure safety and protection at the ZBC Chamkani site. Bidders must be registered with FBR and KPRA and must submit their proposals electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM (PST) at the TransPeshawar office for interested service providers. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS on or before September 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM (PST). Hard copy submissions are not allowed. Bid security in the required form and amount must be submitted as per the Request for Proposal guidelines. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM (PST) in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The advertisement and detailed documents are available on the TransPeshawar website and KPPRA portal. TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel any or all bids with valid reasons.
