The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputed and well-established firms, bidders, suppliers, and service providers possessing valid Income Tax Number (NTN) and GST Registration. The procurement is for the provision of services related to the celebration of major religious and cultural events including Diwali, Christmas, Holi, Easter, Eid-e-Ridvan, and Chelum Jusht at various stations across Pakistan such as Lahore, Hyderabad, Karachi, Islamabad, Chitral, and others. Items being procured: - Services for celebration of Diwali - Services for celebration of Christmas - Services for celebration of Holi - Services for celebration of Easter - Services for celebration of Eid-e-Ridvan - Services for celebration of Chelum Jusht The bidding documents are available electronically on the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) as per regulations, containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications. Bidders must submit their electronic bids via EPADS on or before 1100 hrs on 19.10.2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. The electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST registration. Bidders should ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and submit bids timely through the official e-procurement portal.
