Provision of Storage and Courier Services for Distribution of Chromebooks All Over Pakistan

The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training Islamabad invites sealed proposals from reputable courier service provider firms/vendors for the provision of storage and courier services related to the distribution of Chromebooks across Pakistan. The procurement follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure and requires bidders to be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR and registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax Department having GST/NTN Numbers and AGPR Vendor Number. Items being procured: - Warehouses Storage Space at Islamabad, Lahore & Karachi - Space for branding and testing of devices - Distribution of devices from the above three designated storage places to respective regions The scope includes providing secure warehouse storage space in three major cities, branding and testing space for devices, and efficient courier distribution services to various regions. Interested firms must comply with all tax and registration requirements and demonstrate capability in handling such logistics. Proposals must reach the Ministry's office by Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026 by 10:00 a.m. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under PPRA rules 2004 as amended.
