This tender invites eligible bidders to execute a comprehensive set of works for the year 2026 under the Assistant Director Local Government Quetta. The procurement includes the provision of streetlights, rehabilitation of sewerage line, PCC streets, tuff tiles, maintenance of water supply pipe lines, provision of bore machines, and provision of sewing machines for deserving women at Quetta. The project is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category CE10(i) General Civil Engineering Works, CE10(iii) Concrete Repairs, and EE11(vi) General Electrical Works Only. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Experience of completing at least three assignments of similar nature with a minimum value of PKR 24,955,000 in the last three years is mandatory. Bid security of 3% in the form of original CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank is required. The tender fee is PKR 1000. Bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
