Provision of 09 Nos. Tensile Fabric Sheds and Hard Standing for ASF Quick Response Force (QRF) Vehicles at IIAP Islamabad

The Islamabad International Airport - Pakistan Airports Authority (Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA)) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of 09 Nos. Tensile Fabric Sheds and Hard Standing for ASF Quick Response Force (QRF) Vehicles at IIAP Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 09 Nos. Tensile Fabric Sheds - Hard Standing for ASF Quick Response Force (QRF) Vehicles The scope includes excavation for foundation trenches and drains in hard rock and soil, providing and laying cement concrete of various grades, reinforced cement concrete in column footings and roof slabs, brick masonry, cutting and filling to required gradients, supplying and filling sand, dismantling of concrete work, providing and fixing mild steel pipes and base plates for iron frame structures, installation of teflon coated tensile membrane fabric, and painting iron work with synthetic enamel paint. The total estimated cost of the scheme is Rs. 14,128,290.00. The technical scope requires compliance with detailed specifications including the use of approved materials such as Lawrencepur sand, crushed graded boulders, and imported 750 GSM teflon coated tensile membrane fabric. The work will be carried out at scattered locations within IIAP Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration with minimum C-5 category license in relevant specialization, professional tax registration, and demonstration of experience with at least one completed steel shed work in the last five years. Bidders must also comply with FBR/ATL registration and submit bid security or bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
