Provision of Transportation Services for PDMA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based in Peshawar, invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding for the provision of transportation services. This procurement is for eligible transport companies, goods carriers, and logistic suppliers to support relief operations across the province on a need basis in the event of any disaster or emergency. The contract is for one year, extendable for another year upon successful performance and agreement. Items being procured: - Transportation services for dispatch of various goods - Logistic support for relief operations The contract will be a framework agreement as per Rule 31-A of KPPRA Rules 2014, with rates finalized at Schedule-A in the bidding documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 19 August 2026 at 1200 Hrs at the same venue. Bidders may apply to a single category/lot or the whole as per their discretion and expertise. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
