Provision of Water Supply Scheme Drilling and Development of Tube Well & RO Water Plant with Solar System and Rehabilitation of UV/UF Filter Plants at Sohbatpur

The Public Health Engineering Division Sohbatpur invites sealed bids from eligible and registered contractors for important water supply and filtration works in District Sohbatpur, Balochistan. The procurement is under Open Competitive Bidding with a Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure as per BPPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Provision of Water Supply Scheme Drilling and Development of Tube Well & RO Water Plant with Solar System at Goth Himat Ali Jakhrani - Rehabilitation of UV/UF Filter Plants at 26 Different Sites (Package A-D) These works involve drilling and development of tube wells, installation of reverse osmosis water plants integrated with solar power systems, and rehabilitation of ultraviolet and ultrafiltration filter plants across multiple sites. The scope requires contractors with relevant PEC registration in the appropriate discipline, active NTN and Sales Tax/GST registration, and proven experience of similar works completed in the last three years. The average annual turnover for the last three years is also a requirement, along with no blacklisting or debarment by any government agency or BPPRA. Bidding documents are available from 21st September 2026, obtainable from the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Sohbatpur, and downloadable from www.bppra.gob.pk upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee. The last date and time for submission of bids is Thursday, 8th October 2026, up to 12:00 pm. Bids received after this time will not be entertained. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 1:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid validity is ninety calendar days from the date of bid opening. Queries must be submitted at least five calendar days before bid opening, with responses shared within three days. An Integrity Pact is mandatory for the second package valued over Rs. 10 million.
