The ISP must be a licensed telecom operator in Pakistan with direct operational control over its core network and must provide clean bandwidth protected against DDoS attacks. The solution must be scalable up to 1 Gbps and include all necessary hardware and SFPs. Faulty equipment must be replaced within the next business day. The service provider is responsible for all civil works related to installation and must provide help line numbers and escalation contacts including backup resources.
