PTCL IPTV Services Procurement

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites bids in PKR on DDP basis for PTCL IPTV Services in accordance with PTCL requirements. The procurement is for IPTV services to be supplied to PTCL, based in Islamabad. Items being procured: - PTCL IPTV Services as per PTCL requirements Bidders must submit bids marked as 'PTCL IPTV Services RFP # Proc.10-3/2/070926/4958' complete in all aspects and as per procedures laid down in the RFP. The bids must be submitted latest by 09.10.2026 before 23:59 hours. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Bids shall be submitted only through the SAP Ariba platform via the provided link. Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory for all interested suppliers of materials/services. Vendors must mention their Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL on quotations/bids. Unregistered vendors are required to register with PTCL for good and continuous business relationship. VR forms can be downloaded from the PTCL website. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and procedural requirements outlined in the RFP. All correspondence regarding the tender can be addressed to the undersigned via email. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process at any time without liability.
