Bidders must be registered with tax authorities, provide 2.5% bid security via Bank Guarantee/Bank Draft/Pay Order, and comply with SPPRA rules. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope with technical and financial proposals submitted separately through EPADS.
