Purchase of Branch Level NG Firewalls

The Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control through its Headquarters NADRA Islamabad is inviting sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the purchase of branch level Next Generation (NG) Firewalls. This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad office and requires bidders to be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR. Items being procured: - NG Firewalls (Hardware) with 5 Years Warranty, Support and Licensing, quantity 283 - PR Site and Aggregation Firewalls (Hardware) with 5 Years Warranty and Support, quantity 4 - Centralized Controller for PR and DR Sites with 5 Years Support, quantity 4 The technical scope includes hardware firewalls compatible with the existing SDWAN solution, ensuring robust network security with long-term warranty and support. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with evaluation based on the Lowest Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria. Eligible bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. They must also provide hard copies of NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration proof, Business Registration Proof, and an undertaking of non-blacklisting on company letterhead along with the original bid security. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-08-05 at 11:00 AM at the Procurement Department, HQ NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad. The final submission deadline for e-bids is Thursday, August 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
