Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) located at Plot No. 24, Mauve Area, Sector G-9/1, Islamabad Capital Territory invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of computer stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under tender reference number P79927 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured include a comprehensive range of computer stationery and related accessories such as printer toners of various models (05A, 151A, 85A, 49A, 12A, 107A, 79A, 90A, 119A, 35A), photocopier toners for Konica Minolta Bizhub-450i and Ricoh Aficio models MP3350B and MP3351, USB flash drives in capacities 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB, mouse pads, wireless keyboards, wireless mice, air blowers, WiFi routers (TP Link AC-1200), and 512 GB SSD drives. Quantities vary per item with delivery schedules mostly within 30 to 60 days at the specified Islamabad location.
The technical scope requires compliance with the specifications detailed in the bidding documents, ensuring quality and compatibility with existing office equipment. Eligible bidders must be GST/NTN registered firms from Islamabad or Rawalpindi and must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit as specified. Bidders must also provide a bid securing declaration and comply with all PPRA rules and regulations.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, August 21, 2026, at 03:30 PM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 04:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
