Tender Description
The Livestock & Dairy Development Ghanche invites tenders for the procurement of dairy feed and fodder required for its operations in Ghanche district. This procurement is part of the Regular/Development Budget for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured:
- Purchase of Dairy Feed/Fodder etc.
The tender process will be conducted on a single stage two envelope basis. Bidders must provide experience certificates, Form-C, registration documents, and bank statements for the last twelve months (1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026). All quotations must be computerized; handwritten bids will not be accepted. A bid security of 2.5% of the bid value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Deputy (Assistant) Director Livestock & Dairy Development Ghanche is mandatory.
Tender rates will remain valid until 30th June 2027. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. Tender documents can be obtained during working hours from the Accounts section of the Livestock & Dairy Development office in Ghanche upon written request addressed to the Deputy Director L&DD Ghanche.
The tender closing and opening date is 8th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids in compliance with the terms and conditions to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and adherence to the bid security requirements are crucial for successful participation.
