Purchase of Digital Duplicator Machine

A Public Sector General Hospital located in Islamabad invites sealed tenders from eligible and authorized distributors, reputed firms, and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments on a FOR basis. The procurement is for the purchase of a Digital Duplicator Machine. Items being procured: - Digital Duplicator Machine Tender documents along with terms and conditions can be downloaded from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- must be paid in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of Head LAO, Public Sector General Hospital, H-11/4, Islamabad. This payment must be submitted along with the technical proposal. The bids must reach the undersigned on or before 28th September 2026 by 10:00 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 hours in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
