Purchase of Digital Duplicator Machine

The Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission General Hospital located in Sector H-11/4, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from eligible and authorized distributors, reputed firms, and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the purchase of a Digital Duplicator Machine. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per clause 36(b) of PPRA rules. Interested bidders must submit separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL. Initially, only the technical proposals will be opened and evaluated without reference to price. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later in a public session. Items being procured: - Digital Duplicator Machine (Quantity: 1 No) The tender documents along with terms and conditions can be downloaded from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- payable via pay order or demand draft in favor of Head LAO, Public Sector General Hospital, Islamabad must be submitted with the technical proposal. Earnest money of 5% of the bid value in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Head LAO, PAEC General Hospital, Islamabad is mandatory and must accompany the technical bid in a separate sealed envelope. The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after finalization, while that of the successful bidder will be retained until satisfactory completion of the contract. The contract will be valid for one year from the date of award. Suppliers must ensure timely delivery and quality compliance; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of earnest money, cancellation of order, and imposition of liquidated damages at 2% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the contract value. Warranty for the supplied equipment is required, including free replacement of defective parts and coverage of all related carriage charges. Bids must reach the Admin Officer (Procurement), PAEC General Hospital, H-11/4, Islamabad by 28.09.2026 at 10:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 hours in the Conference Room of the hospital in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. In case of a holiday on the opening date, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time. Suppliers are advised to carefully follow the instructions and ensure all required documents such as sales tax registration, income tax registration, and active taxpayer list (ATL) are attached. No amendments to technical proposals will be allowed after submission. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
