Purchase of Drug & Medicine for 2026-27 by Airports Security Force Islamabad Airport

The Airports Security Force (ASF), Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Defence, Islamabad Airport, invites sealed tenders from firms or authorized dealers with proper shops and telephone facilities for the purchase of Drug & Medicine for the financial year 2026-27. Interested parties can obtain tender documents from the ASF Islamabad office until 17 September 2026 before office closing hours. The tender requires a security deposit of Rs.187,500 (Rupees One Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand & Five Hundred Only) on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis, payable to the Chief Security Officer ASF Islamabad Airport. This security deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders within a fortnight and to successful bidders after supply completion or by 30 June 2027. Items being procured: - Drug & Medicine Firms must quote rates valid until 30 June 2027. Sub-standard items will not be accepted and suppliers may be blacklisted as per PPRA rules. Delivery must be made on approved rates throughout the year at ASF Medical Center ASNS Garrison Islamabad Airport, with transport arranged by the supplier. Tender documents must include registration certificates, National Tax Number, Medicine Distribution License/DRAP, Sales Tax Registration Certificate, Vendor Number, and Bank Account No/IBAN. Only typed quotations are accepted; use of white fluid or overwriting is prohibited. Original bid documents including Pay Order, Stamp Paper, Rate List, NTN Certificate, and GST Certificate must be submitted in hard copy to the undersigned office. Suppliers must provide an affidavit on stamp paper valuing Rs.100/- confirming no blacklisting or disputes with government organizations. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender wholly or partially and to cancel contracts if items are sub-standard or not supplied timely. Sealed tenders must reach the Admin Office ASF Islamabad Airport by 18 September 2026 (up to 1000 hours). Bids will be opened the same day at 1030 hours in the Admin Office ASF IIAP Islamabad. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
