Purchase of Electrical Items for BUITEMS Quetta

The Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) located in Quetta is procuring a comprehensive range of electrical items. This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the electrical supply needs of the university's Takatu Campus. The items include LED tube lights, LED bulbs, exhaust fans, multi lights plugs, solution tapes, power plugs, Pak cables of various sizes, two pin shoes, nail guns with nails, screws, steel nails, channel pattis, high wattage bulbs for flood lights, chocks, igniters, tubel rods, LED pathway lights, and power plug boards. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding, ensuring transparency and fairness. Bidders must be registered with the Income and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Experience in supplying similar items to federal or provincial universities or education boards is required. The bid security must be 2% of the total bid price in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee.
