Purchase of Equipments / Instruments for National Control Laboratory for Biological (NCLB) for FY 2026-27

The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of specialized laboratory equipment and instruments for the National Control Laboratory for Biological (NCLB) for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the national fund for the year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the testing and research capabilities of the NCLB located at Prime Ministers National Health Complex, Park Road, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Gel Documentation System (Qty: 1) - Freezing Point Osmometer System (Qty: 1) - PH / Conductivity Meter (Qty: 1) - Horizontal Electrophoresis (Immunoelectrophoresis) System (Qty: 1) - Vertical Electrophoresis (Zonephoresis) System (Qty: 1) - HPAEC-PAD (High Performance Anion Exchange Chromatography with Pulsed Amperometric Detection) (Qty: 1) - HPLC Oven & Auto Sampler (Qty: 1) - Analytical Weighing Balance with Printer (Qty: 1) - Weighing Balance (Qty: 1) The technical scope includes delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and training for all equipment. Each item comes with a 10-year service maintenance guarantee with parts and a one-year replacement warranty. Calibration and qualification procedures (IQ, OQ, PQ) will be performed by the vendor and NCLB as applicable. The equipment must meet detailed technical specifications as outlined in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with NADRA, FBR (NTN and GSTN), and hold authorized dealership certificates where applicable. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by the deadline. Original bid security must be physically submitted to the Prime Ministers National Health Complex, Islamabad before the closing time. Late or manual submissions will be disqualified. The bid opening will be conducted online on September 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM. The evaluation will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
