Tender Description
The Balochistan University of Information Technology Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) invites bids from manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Taxation Departments (Active Taxpayers) for the purchase of furniture for the OGDLC Office at Takatu Campus, Quetta. This procurement is managed by the Directorate of Procurement at BUITEMS, located on Airport Road, Baleli, Quetta.

- Furniture for OGDLC Office at Takatu Campus
The tender documents can be obtained from the Deputy Director Procurement upon payment of Rs. 1,500 (non-refundable) via Bank Challan, P.O, or D.D in favor of the Director Procurement BUITEMS. Courier charges of Rs. 300 will apply for outstation firms requesting hard copies. Tender documents are also available on the PPRA website and BUITEMS official website www.buitms.edu.pk.
The procurement follows a Single Stage - Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure. Sealed bids must be submitted by the deadline at the Directorate of Procurement, BUITEMS Airport Road, Baleli, Quetta. Bids must be supported with earnest money at 2% of the total bid value in the form of C.D.R, D.D, P.O, or Banker’s Cheque in favor of the Director Procurement BUITEMS. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under relevant PPRA rules. Sealed envelopes must clearly state the Tender Title.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR as active taxpayers and have relevant experience in supplying office furniture. PEC category is not specified for this procurement.
