Tender Description
The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra Mirage Rebuild Factory is procuring high purity gases as per an enclosed list for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specific to the Kamra facility in Punjab and involves gases such as Hydrogen, Liquid Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, Acetone, and others with strict purity requirements. The technical scope includes delivery of gases to the MRF premises with all liabilities on suppliers, requiring standard packing and compliance with technical data sheets, material safety data sheets, calibration certificates, and certificates of conformance. Suppliers must provide gases with minimum purity levels as specified and ensure delivery within the minimum possible period. Eligibility criteria include being an active taxpayer on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, holding a Punjab Professional Tax Certificate, and meeting technical requirements such as owning or arranging gases from a plant/filling site within 100 km of Kamra, ISO 9001/14001 certification, hydrostatic testing facilities, and credit capability up to PKR 5 million for 4 months. The tender requires separate technical and financial bids with detailed documentation including NTN certificate, sales tax registration, and professional tax certificates. The submission deadline is 09 June 2026 by 1000 Hrs at the MRF Guard Room, Kamra. Bidders should note that quotations must be valid for 365 days and prices fixed for the entire financial year. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all technical and commercial documents are complete and submitted on original letterhead with clear marking of item names to avoid rejection. Strict adherence to terms and conditions and timely delivery will be critical for successful contract execution.
