Purchase of Hospital Essential Items Including Bedding, Laboratory Chemicals, Medicines, Machinery Repair, and Printing Items

The District Headquarters Hospital Lower Chitral is procuring a wide range of essential hospital items and services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement includes purchase of bedding clothing, laboratory chemicals, regular and emergency medicines from local dealers, miscellaneous items, stationery, oxygen gas cylinders filling, dialysis items, ECG rolls and gel, firewood, and printing items. Additionally, repair services for machinery equipment and vehicles are also included. The procurement is managed by the Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Lower Chitral and is open to registered, sales tax and income tax compliant firms and suppliers registered on KPPRA E-PADS platform under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014. The technical scope covers supply and repair services at the hospital site, including filling of oxygen gas cylinders and supply of firewood. Local dealers are preferred for medicines, stationery, and firewood. The supply of local items must be completed within 30 days, while imported items have a 90-day delivery window.
