Purchase of Insecticides, Specific Utility Chemicals and Payment to Others for Service Rendered

The Soil Salinity Research Institute, Pindi Bhattian invites bids on a framework basis for the purchase of insecticides, specific utility chemicals, and payment to others for services rendered. Bids must be submitted online by vendors registered with the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. The technical scope includes supply of chemicals and insecticides suitable for soil salinity research and related services. The contract duration is 244 days under a framework agreement. Bidders must quote rates inclusive of all applicable government taxes. The lowest evaluated bidder will be selected based on cumulative quoted rates. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities and submission of a bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft. Bid security amounts are Rs. 40,000/- for insecticides, Rs. 30,000/- for specific utility chemicals, and Rs. 20,000/- for payment to others for services.
