Purchase and Installation of Split Air Conditioners (2.0 Ton, DC Inverter) for CAEPE, IIUI

International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) invites sealed bids from Original Manufacturer / Authorized Distributors (with valid Authorization/Distribution Certificate) and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Items being procured: - Purchase and Installation of Split Air Conditioners (2.0 Ton, DC Inverter) for CAEPE, IIUI (complete detail given in BoQ) The tender follows the PPRA rule of Single Stage - One Envelope procedure. Tender documents can be accessed on the websites of IIUI and EPADS/PPRA (Version 2). Tender participation requires a non-refundable Tender Fee of Rs. 1,000 and refundable Earnest Money of 2% of the total bid value in the form of CDR in favor of International Islamic University Islamabad. Bids must be prepared according to the bidding instructions and submitted on EPADS/PPRA and also in hard form at the office of the undersigned on or before Tuesday, Sep 29, 2026, at 10:30 A.M.
