Purchase of IT Equipment Required for Capital Development Authority Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites electronic bids on a single stage two envelope basis from well reputed IT-related original Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, and Suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax. Eligible bidders must prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the bidding documents for the procurement of IT equipment required for CDA Islamabad. Items being procured: - IT equipment for Lot-I with Bid Security Rs. 1,620,000/- - IT equipment for Lot-II with Bid Security Rs. 84,000/- - IT equipment for Lot-III with Bid Security Rs. 217,500/- The tender documents and related procurement information can be obtained from the office of Deputy Director-P&C, CDA located at Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad, either in writing or electronically via email (hom@cda.gov.pk). Bidders registered with PPRA on E-PADS Version 2.0 are eligible to participate. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order in favor of DDO-P&C, CDA. Scanned copies of the bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS, and the original must be submitted before the closing time to the office of Director P&CA-II, CDA at Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 24-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of Director IT, CDA, Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/) before the closing date and time of 07-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized bidders' representatives.
