Tender Description
The National Accountability Bureau: NAB (National Accountability Bureau: NAB) based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring IT equipment for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement includes a range of IT goods such as antivirus licenses, branded laptops, network cables, dry batteries, manageable network switches (Layer 2 and Layer 3), and scanners. The items are to be delivered to PDA Commercial Complex, Block - III, Phase - V, Hayatabad Peshawar within 27 days of contract award.
The technical scope covers high-quality branded laptops with Intel Core i7 13th Gen processors, 16 GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and backlit keyboards. Antivirus licenses must support multiple platforms including Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android with centralized management and real-time protection features. Network switches include 24-port gigabit Layer 2 and Layer 3 managed switches with advanced routing, VLAN, and security features. Scanners must support high optical resolution, duplex scanning, and multiple file formats.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN and GST) and active on the ATL. Experience in supplying similar equipment to reputable government organizations is preferred. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bidders must submit bids online via EPADS v2.0 and provide a bid security as specified. The bid validity period is 90 days.
The submission deadline is Monday, June 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day on EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. The technical bid must include specification brochures/catalogs. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee of 3% of the contract price.
