Purchase Lab Equipment for HEC Research Project at International Islamic University Islamabad

International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) invites sealed bids from Original Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, or Suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for procurement of lab equipment under an HEC Research Project led by Dr. Robina Khan Niazi, PI of the project. Items being procured: - Refrigerated Centrifuge - Laboratory Incubator - Water Bath - Vertical Pressure Steam Sterilizer Autoclave - Benchtop pH Meter Tender documents and BoQ contain complete specifications. Bidders must quote a maximum discount rate on the retail price. Tender fee is Rs. 5,000 non-refundable, and earnest money is 2% of the total bid value refundable via CDR in favor of International Islamic University Islamabad. Bids must be submitted on PPRA EPADS portal only by the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 10:30 A.M., with financial bids to follow. Hard copies along with original CDR must be submitted to the undersigned before bid opening.
