Tender Description
The Directorate Breed Improvement, Department Punjab, Lahore invites qualified suppliers to participate in the procurement of Liquid Nitrogen Container and related equipment for the Financial Year 2026-27. This tender is issued under the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and follows the ADP scheme with a single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Items being procured:

- Equipment related to Liquid Nitrogen storage and handling
The procurement focuses on acquiring high-quality containers and equipment suitable for the storage and transportation of liquid nitrogen, essential for livestock and breeding improvement activities. The site of delivery and use is Lahore, Punjab, ensuring local suppliers can efficiently meet the demand. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, possess a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-2027, and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Compliance with all regulatory requirements and submission of a bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory.

The bid submission deadline is 11-08-2023 at 01:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 01:35 PM. The Directorate Livestock Lahore Division will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred during bid preparation or submission.
