Tender Description
The Punjab Highway Patrol DG Khan Region invites bids for the purchase and maintenance of various items and services for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under PPRA Punjab regulations. The department is seeking qualified firms, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents registered with Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant tax and registration authorities.
Items being procured:
- Purchase of items for Hot & Cold Lubricants
- Purchase of Stationery Items, Computer Stationery Items and Printing of Miscellaneous Registers/Files
- Purchase/Repair/Replacement of Transport Items
- Purchase/Repair/Replacement of Machinery & Equipment Items, Furniture & Fixtures and purchase of Miscellaneous/Others Items
- Maintenance/Repair & Renovation of Buildings of PHP Posts (as per scope of work)
The scope covers procurement of lubricants, stationery, transport and machinery repair items, furniture, fixtures, and building maintenance services. The works include supply, repair, replacement, and renovation activities at PHP posts in DG Khan region. Bidders must submit bids lot-wise and bids missing any item or rejected technically may be disqualified. The procurement process requires submission of technical and financial bids online through Punjab e-Procurement System.
Eligibility criteria include registration with Punjab e-Procurement System, valid PEC registration, and compliance with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Bidders must provide Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract value is required upon award.
The technical bid submission deadline is Monday 17-08-2026 at 01:00 PM, with bid opening at 01:30 PM the same day. Bidders should carefully follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and submit complete bids online. The financial bid will only be opened for technically qualified bidders. The bid validity is until 30-06-2027.
