The site is Municipal Committee Ghotki near Public Park/Sarkari Bagh. Eligibility criteria require PEC registration where applicable, active NTN and SRB registration, minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least one similar work of 80% estimated cost or two works of 50% each, minimum turnover of PKR 4 million over last five years, bank statements for last 3 years, and submission of 5% bid security in form of call deposit.
