Purchase of Medical Laboratory Equipment, Consumables, and Drugs for Peoples Medical College Hospital Nawabshah

Sealed tenders are invited from active NTN/GST/SRB/SST registered firms and their authorized representatives for the Financial Year 2026-27 by Peoples Medical College Hospital Nawabshah, Shaheed Benazirabad. The procurement follows the applicable provisions of SPPRA Rules, 2010 (as amended) under Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Medical Laboratory Equipment - Generic Consumable - Drug and Medicine 15% Local Purchase (LP) (Part A Bulk, Part B Day to Day) Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent from the date of publication up to 07th September 2026 at 03:00 PM upon submission of a written application on the firm's original letterhead along with a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 2,000/-. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS system only; manual bids will not be entertained. Interested bidders are required to register on EPADS at Sindh Procurement Portal/EPADS for submission of their bids. Technical proposals/envelopes will be opened on 08th September 2026 at 02:00 PM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, PMCH Nawabshah, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Eligibility requires NTN/GST/SRB/SST registration where applicable, and all bids must be accompanied by 2% of the budget as bid security in the name of Medical Superintendent PMCH Nawabshah. Bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes.
